Founder and CEO

Julia Hickman is passionate about elevating brands through innovative branding and digital marketing strategies that drive real impact. With 8+ of experience leading campaigns for global brands like Adobe, ConocoPhillips, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she transformed her passion for brand storytelling and digital strategy into founding her own marketing agency.

Through this venture, she has curated and led a distinguished portfolio of clients across fashion, beauty, luxury, and luxury real estate, including collaborations with Keller Williams NYC and COTE Korean Steakhouse, while also supporting international brands as they enter and scale within the U.S. market. She works closely with early-stage DTC brands, guiding them from launch through accelerated growth with strategic clarity. Blending refined creative direction with a rigorously data-driven approach, Julia develops compelling brand narratives and high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, fuel growth, and build enduring brand prestige.

Julianna Lang

Julianna Lang is a digital marketing leader with 7+ years of experience specializing in retention strategy across email, SMS, loyalty programs, and mobile apps. She takes a holistic approach to the customer lifecycle, optimizing the consumer journey to drive sustainable growth and build authentic, long-term brand relationships.

Her experience spans retail, food & beverage, wellness, and international market entry, supporting European and Asian brands as they scale in the U.S., including collaborations with Unilever and Fancl Japan. Julianna holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from USC, with a multidisciplinary focus on organizational psychology, consumer psychology, and UX/UI design, blending behavioral science, design thinking, and business strategy to create impactful, high-performing brand experiences.
